Abstract

The amount of plastic waste today makes the environment around us become slums, especially plastic is a material that requires a relatively long time to decompose. There are many ways to process plastic waste, one of them by burning, but the way it may be harmful to health, because the plastic when burned with less temperature will produce smoke that is very harmful to health. Therefore there needs to be another alternative for plastic waste processing and the purpose of this study aims to create a tool for plastic waste processing by utilizing nickel wire and DC electric current.
