Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the sharia business on the Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU, ina) Bina Mandiri in Boyolali. This was a field study with qualitative methods, and using data sources obtained from direct interviews with employees KSU Bina Mandiri. The result of the research showed that the business implementation has been effective and efficient in accordance with Permenkop and UKM No. 16, 2015. Permenkop and UKM No. 16, 2015 served normatively as the cornerstone of implementation because there were no other rules that either weaken or strengthen the implementation. The existence of UJKS in KSU Bina Mandiri must be legal and independent as KSPPS and optimal in the implementation of sharia principles in accordance with the fatwa of DSN MUI and sharia law regulation.
