Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of organizational culture with employee turn over intentions. This is based on the increasing number of potential employees of a organizational switching to another organizational that provides a better organizational culture, of course, according to the individual's perception. Moving from these problems, the author wants to know whether the perception of organizational culture has an influence on the desire or intention or intention of someone to get out of the organizational. The prasarat subject of this research is employees or employers who work in organizational a private financing company with a minimum 1 (one) year working period. Through spearman rank correlation analysis obtained a very significant negative relationship between Perceptions of Organizational Culture with Intensity Turn over employees. With the correlation coefficient (rxy) of -0.459 (p <0.01). While the coefficient of determination (rxy)2 = 0,211 which means effective contribution of perception variable to organizational culture to turn over intention is equal to 21,1%, while 68,9% rest influenced by other variables.This study resulted in a conclusion that more positive the perception of employees to their organizational culture, the smaller the intention of its turn over. Conversely, the more negative the employee's perceptions of the organizational culture, the greater the intentions of employees to turn over or change jobs.
