Theelectric distribution system of the plant towards consumers frequent disorderds that can cause PLN suffered losses in terms of material. The cause of the interference itself occurs due to the internal and external factor. There are various types of disturbances in the distribution network, including short circuit interruption. Proctection system can isolate areas affected by interference by using OCR relay (Over Current Relay).PT PLN Rayon Sumber Cirebon has many feeder to distribute electricity from the main substation towords consumer, one of which feeder Palimanan where in this feederprotection system such as recloses, lbs and fuse. Research begins with a gather the necessary electrical data. After that use encryption software ETAP 12.6 fort the manufactur of single line diagrams and simulation. The simulation results obtained short circuit current 3 and 1 phase in the nearest bus relay. Furthermore, the calculation of relay settings and test results analysis work.Result of OCR setting with parameter of short circuit current value, relay location and relay working time as follows. Setting relay 1 Ip = 3.15A and TMS = 1.01 s, relay setting 2 Ip = 3.5 A and TMS = 0.07 s and relay setting 2 Ip = 1.87 A and TMS = 0.07 s.
