Abstract
The aim of this reserch is to know the corelation between perception towards work environment with employee performance. According to the hypothesis there is positive corelation between perception towards work environment with employee performance. Technical sampling in this reserch use purposive sampling, with 100 respondents. This reserch used quantitative method with perception towards work environment scale and documentation of employee performance. The research analysis used SPSS 20.00 with non-parametric kendall’s, the value of coefficient corelated p = 0,001 ; p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) that is a positive corelation between perception towards work environment and employee performance. The effective contribution both of two variables are indicated a value of work environment perception and employee performance r² = 0,217 which means that the variable perception towards work environment influences employee performance with 4.7% where 95.3% influences by other factors of the perception toward work environment. Category of perception towards work environment has high classified with the acquisition of empirical (RE) 85.54 and employee performance category obtained empirical average 36.74.
