Abstract

Asri Siwi Pamungkas. Q 100110011. Headmaster Leadership (Study Sites In Muhammadiyah Andong Middle School). Thesis of Administration Management. The postgraduate Program Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. 2017` The purpose of the study to describe the principals leadership in managing human resources, infrastructure and finance in SMP Muhammadiyah study places the District Andong, Boyolali regency. Qualitative research with ethnographic design. The research subjects principals, teachers, students, human resource management, infrastructure and finance. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation. Technical analysis of the data with the data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Research method here is the type of qualitative research because this research is more emphasis onn the process taken from the existing phenomenon then drawn conclusion by using the word normal. This study not only gives an overview of the phenomenon but also explains the relationship and gets the meaning and implications of a problem solved. Research result with improved management of teacher competence and professionalism. Management of student with quality learning. Management infrastructure refers to the national standard of education infrastructure. Financial management refers to RAPBS.
