Abstract
Cerebral palsy (CP) is a movement disorder, muscle tone or posture caused by brain damage that occurs during the development of the brain, and most often occurs before birth. CP is the most common form of physical disability in childhood. Although CP is non-progressive but has an impact on the daily life activities of people with lifelong CP. Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) is a type of clinical measurement to evaluate changes in gross motor function in CP patients. The purpose of making this application is to evaluate or motor transformation gross motor function on cerebral palsy and combine science informatics with science of physiotherapy in making an application of motor measurement of child cerebral palsy with gross motor fuction measure method (GMFM). The design of this application is built using the method using Unified Modeling Languague (UML). Mechanism research is made literally from the process of making Software Requirements Specification (SRS), then proceed with making Software Design, then followed by making application and closed by testing. The results of making this system Physiotherapy experienced difficulty constraints in measuring the patient in every dimension calculation. The root of the problem is physiotherapy does not have a computer-based asset management system. Asset management is done by record-based asset form that has not been integrated later to be used as a software that was previously based on paper. So that made a software user can use quick and easy calculation.
