Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of transformational leadership and teamwork on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as mediation. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. Researcher use approach with survey method. Population in this research is employees of PT PLN (Persero) Service Area Jarigan Surakarta. In this study the sample is determined by probability (probability sampling) with simple random sampling method (simple random sampling). The analysis tool used is path path analysis method by first tested with validity and reliability test. The results of this research are transformational leadership and teamwork of PT. PLN (Persero) Tbk. APJ Surakarta positively and significantly influence on job satisfaction, transformational leadership variable and teamwork of each employee have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction of PT. PLN (Persero) Tbk. APJ Surakarta, job satisfaction positively and significantly influence to organizational commitment, employee job satisfaction positively and significantly influence to employees' organizational commitment, transformational leadership, teamwork and job satisfaction positively and significantly influence to organizational commitment, transformational leadership, teamwork and employee job satisfaction positively and significantly influence to organizational commitment of employees, There is Influence of Transformational Leadership to Organizational Commitment that is Mediated by Employee Satisfaction, There is Influence of team cooperation to Commitment Organizational Commitment Job Satisfaction Employee PT. PLN (Persero) Tbk. Surakarta Network Service Area.
