Abstract

In the implementation of posyandu in Community Health Center of Bulu the visit number of elderly posyandu in Community Health Center of Bulu was low because of by the access was so far, no family support, work and low of knowledge. Posyandu officers at Community Health Center of Bulu have modifies posyandu at other event, such as PKK arisan. It was done to elderly were interested to come in the elderly posyandu, but the elderly attendees still does not exist. This study aims to evaluated the implementation of elderly posyandu in the area of Community Health Center of Bulu Sukoharjo District. This type of the research was a qualitative research with case study research design. Technique of the data collecting by observation and interview to 25 informants representing holder of program of elderly, midwife and cadre. The result of the research shows that the implementation of posyandu in Community Health Center of Bulu in terms of energy, fund, facilities and infrastructure, standard operating procedure (SOP), the visit number of elderly still not maximal. So Community Health Center of Bulu needs to evaluate the performance and program of elderly every year. In addition, improving facilities and funds needed at posyandu elderly.
