Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to know the leading agricultural commodity in Sragen regency in 2011-2013 (2) to know agriculture commodity which can be prioritized to be developed in Sragen regency in 2011-2013 (3) information on growth rate of agricultural commodity in Sragen regency 2011-2013. The analysis tools used in this research are Location Quetient (LQ) and Theil Entropy analysis. From the analysis results can be concluded from the results of LQ analysis explains from 15 agricultural commodities in Sragen 8 sectors identified as superior products in the field of agriculture in the regional (Central Java), among other Rice, Melon, Citrus, Mango, Watermelon, Peanut, , and Chilli. Based on the Geographic Information System (GIS) approach model shows the classification generated by GIS analysis based on the contribution of agriculture production, to determine the agricultural product map in Sragen regency based on the subdistrict, can be grouped with map, then explained with table to deepen the intention contained in the map, there are areas in the gemolong and tanon, peanuts in the area plupuh, tanon, jenar and kalijambe, breadfruit is Kalijambe area, plupuh, sidoharjo, tangent, tiger and gondang, chilli is in the source of the source, sidoharjo and masaran. mangoes are in the area of gemolong, mondokan, tangen, jenar, sragen, gondang and kedawung, melon there are gemolong area, sidoharjo and gesi, watermelon in miri and orange area of miri and kalijambe.
