Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of work environment, organizational culture, work motivation, and leadership style on employee performance in Salatiga Kota District period 2017. The sample used in this study amounted to 64 subdistrict officials. Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression wich supported by SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and leadership style affect the performance of employees, while organizational culture and work motivation does not affect the performance of employees.
