Abstract

This study aims to know about the influence of service quality, product prices and consumer dissatisfaction with the decision of mobile card brand switching. Population in research this is a society that has moved the brand of cellular prime card in Surakarta. The sample was taken as many as 130 respondents using Non Probability Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria on the respondent. Data collection method used is questionnaire. Data analysis technique in this research is ValidityTest, ReliabilityTest,test of model accuracy (F Test), Test Coefficient of Determination (R2), Multiple Linear Regression Test, and parameter of estimation test (t Test). The results showed that service quality, product price and consumer's dissatisfaction had a positive effect on the decision of mobile card brand switching.
