Abstract

The study entitled "an analysis of the factors that affect the amount of Labor In Pekalongan Regency Year 2010 – 2015". Now the goal is to analyze the effect of the minimum wage, gross regional domestic product (GDP) and inflation against a number of Pekalongan Regency year 2010-2015. The dependent variable in the form of the number of Labor (TK), while the independent variable in the form of minimum wage (UMK), gross regional domestic product (GDP) and inflation (INF). This study uses secondary data with regression analysis techniques to the panel data. Research result show that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is a panel data regression model is most appropriate. Based on a test of the validity of the t test or influence, inflation has no effect against a significant amount of labor, while the minimum wage and gross regional domestic product (GDP) of positive effect significantly to the amount of labor. Based on test F, minimum wage, gross regional domestic product (GDP) and inflation are simultaneous or together have an effect on the amount of labor.
