Abstract
The cause of the occurrence of nosocomial infection one of which is the implementation of (SOP) whether really implemented well or not by health workers. The purpose of this study analyzed the factors of education, knowledge, duration of work, training, and nursing staff motivation with adherence to the implementation of (SOP) postoperative wounds (post op) in the surgery in hospital Madiun Hospital city. Type of quantitative analytic research with cross sectional study design. The population of nurses in the surgical inpatient ward at RSUD Kota Madiun with a total of 32 nurses and a sample of 30 nurses with purposive sampling. The analysis used with chi-square. The result of statistical test shows that there is correlation with each value of p value for education (0,003), knowledge (0,000), length of work (0,002), training (0,000), motivation (0,002) with adherence to the implementation of (SOP) post surgery wound (post op) in a special hospitalized hospitalized ward in Madiun. So it can be concluded there is the relationship of education, knowledge, length of work, training and 2 motivation, with adherence to the implementation of (SOP) postoperative wounds (post op) in the hospitalization special surgery RSUD Madiun.
