Abstract
Increased performance to produce good productivity is needed in the company for the company will continue to grow to be more useful for the community. PT. PLN Persero Area Madiun is a company that serves electrical services, PT. PLN Persero Area Madiun want to continue to improve the productivity of its service, therefore PT. PLN Persero Area Madiun has a strategy using the Value of Organizational Performance but this assessment still uses manual way of using only excel and there is no efficient data management. Based on the problems that have been mentioned then it should be the management of Organizational Performance Values done by using information technology with the making of information systems for Organizational Performance Values more effective. The purpose of this penenlitian in order to produce information systems for effective and efficient companies that can help companies to compete positively so as to achieve the target set by the company to improve service productivity. This system in develop using one programming language that is PHP and database management using MySql. Data collection phase for making this information system using interview and observation method. This Information System can help PT. PLN Persero Madiun Area achieves the target to increase the productivity of customers with the appropriate target set each rayon PT. PLN Persero Madiun Area in electrical service.
