Abstract
Writgen is a machine produced from the German state that serves to assist human work in the highway. Wirtgen W 50 works with electrical system is a series of electronic devices and procedures that serve to determine the electrical paths in a unit, Milling drum damage inspection procedure is visual inspection, visual inspection is done by checking whether milling drum is in good condition in mechanical system and electrical system and analyzing components that have trobel. After knowing the problem then do disassembely milling drum and component - component milling drum, The result of analysis shows that the trobel that occurs in the drilling milling component is in the 80% pick component, the 15% drum milling component, and the 5% Toolholder. In addition, the analysis also obtained performance volume data on witrgen unit W 50 that is 19.2 (m³ / h) and effective volume performance while on the highway on unit witrgen W 50 is 13.44. (m³ / h
