This study aims to know what investment decisions, financing decisions, growth value and dividend policy have an effect on to firm value, based on a sample by using purposive sampling, acquired 58 manufacturing companies sampled. Data used in the study isa secondary data from annual financial reports and stock price information from each of a sample of manufacturing firmsbetween 2012-2014. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS processing.Pursuant to research result known that only PER variable there was significant effect on PBV variable, thanDER, Growth and DPR variables there was no effect on PBV variable. F test result known that by simultaneous PER, DER, Growth and DPR variables there was significant effect on PBV variable. Result of coefficient determination analysis obtained the adjusted R square equal to0,054. This means equal to 5,4% variation of PBV variable can be explainable by PER, DER, Growth and DPR variables, while the rest equal to 94,6% can be explained by the other factors outside research model.
