Abstract
Cases of violence against women and children is one of the most prevalent cases in the community, leading to the creation of special units dealing with crimes related to women and children, where children are protected by Law No.35 of 2014 on the amendment to Law No.23 of 2004 on Child Protection. The number of police report data make the process of searching data takes a long time. In addition, there is no recapitulation of case data each month so it can not be known the percentage of each case that has been handled. This situation encourages authors to establish a system for managing special cases of women and children crime. This application is created using PHP programming language and MySql Data Server. Based on the analysis of this application is able to perform data searching rapidly and present the recapitulation graph of case data every month that is handled by the Madiun City Police
