Abstract

This research was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, which aims to prove and analyze to know whether there is influence of individual ability to nurse performance. And know whether there is influence of individual ability to nurse loyalty. So that this research will be useful to increase the treasury of science and insight for the general public, and also for companies that are interested in the problems that still have concern for the fate of employees. And expected this research can improve the performance of employees so that the work done and goals to be achieved according to the vision of employees. In this study take sample of 80 nurses by using sampling sampling sampling with convenience sampling method. Data analysis method used is classical assumption method and hypothesis testing method that includes multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that the variable ability of the individual has an influence on the performance of nurses. Then on variable of individual ability have influence to nurses work loyalty.
