Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance mechanism (institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioner, and audit committee) on company value. The sample of this study amounted to 15 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange(BEI) with a total of 49 data with the period of 2013-2016. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique . The method of analytical research used with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, where the dependent variable is firm value (measured by Tobin's Q ), and the independent variables are institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioner and audit committee. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, independent board of commissioner and audit committee significantly influence the value of the company. However, managerial ownership has no significant effect on firm value.
