Abstract
In the globalization era, the growth of business organization in hospitality is very progressive. This organization is required for having the best service to be able to compete, thus it can respond the further challenges. Increasing the satisfaction in communication is one of the ways which is to give the officers' comfort at working, then they can work optimally dan giving the good service for comsumers. This research aims to identify the influence of the satisfaction in organizing communication towards the officer's performance at Fave Hotel of Surakarta in 2017. The sampling technique applied on this research is a saturated sampling. It is a selecting sample technique if the whole of population members are used for sample since the amount of population is low relatively. The data are obtained from distributing questionnaire. Then it is processed by the analysis of simple linear regression to know what the level of influence on each variable. Based on the result of this research, it shows that the influence of the satisfaction of organizing communication towards the officer's performance is 53,3% then its remaining is about 46,7% influenced by the other variables which are not existed in this research.
