Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Government as a public servant in implementing the government policy of one-stop integrated service to Increase Investment in Sragen regency. In addition, in this study also presented the obstacles faced in implementing one-stop integrated service policy in investment licensing in Sragen regency. Judging from its purpose, this research includes the type of descriptive analytical research, using the empirical juridical approach method. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been done it can be concluded that: first, licensing and investment arrangements License and investment arrangements set forth in Law number 25 of 2009 on public service, Perpres no 97 of 2014 on the Implementation of One Stop Service, Permendagri number 24 of 2006 concerning Guidelines on the Implementation of One Stop Integrated Services, Law number 25 year 2007 regarding Investment. second, the one-door licensing and investment mechanism built by Sragen regency government is good but there are still some problems encountered. Third, as an effort of Local Government of Sragen to overcome these problems, it is necessary to formulate the concept of building an effective licensing and investment service system for the future that is in line with the times to increase investment in Sragen regency.
