Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) planning of machining practice program, (2) implementation of machining practice program, and (3) implementation of engineering management program evaluation at SMK Pancasila 1 Wonogiri. This research uses qualitative design research and ethnography research. Techniques of data collection methods of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study is interactive model analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification checks. The validity of research data is done by triangulation of data. Testing data using source triangulation technique. The results of the research show that (1) planning of machining practice learning includes programming, formulation of goals and objectives of the program with the aim of obtaining similar perceptions of all school residents about the planning that has been made, (2) Implementation of learning in SMK Pancasila 1 Wonogiri principal gives assessment to teachers , the head of Skills Competency (K3) supervises the practice of machining practice comprehensively, machining machinist practice teachers conducts productive practice learning in theory and practice, theory learning equips and introduces practice implemented while practice learning demonstrates machine parts, machine operation, (3) The learning appraisal is monitored by the school principal, the Head of Skills Competency (K3) performs the assessment of the implementation and the teaching infrastructure of the practice of machining, the teacher evaluates the implementation of the learning ran and an assessment of the results of student productive practice activities.
