Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Indoris Printingdo. The sample in this study amounted to 105 permanent employees of PT Indoris Printingdo by using questionnaires for data collection. Sampling technique with probability convenience sampling method. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work motivation positively affects the employee performance of PT Indoris Printingdo, with a t value of 2.155> t table (1.984). 2) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance of PT Indoris Printingdo, with t value equal to 4,866> t table (1,984). Based on the results of this study can be concluded that motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance PT Indoris Printingdo.
