Abstract
This research aims to describe the utilization and perceptions of parents of students associated utilization of internet by students in the completion of tasks in PPKn subjects in class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. The research is qualitative research. This research strategy is a single case study. The subjects in this study is the vice principal field of curriculum Teachers PPKn of Class XI, students of Class XI high school and parent class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. The object of this research is the utilization of internet in the completion of tasks by students on subjects PPKn. data analysis techniques in qualitative research is generally differentiated into two types. The first is the study of interactive model that uses the technique of collecting data directly from the natural environment includes data collection, namely the validity of the data, and data analysis.The results showed the utilization of internet by students in the completion of tasks in PPKn subjects in class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten shows students in grades XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten attempted to make use of the internet in helping the completion of the task subjects PPKn. Utilization of internet-related tasks completion PPKn subjects in terms of looking for the article, search for images, search for videos, and send a message via email. The Internet is very useful in helping students, so the task of PPKn subjects can be carried out optimally. constraints and solutions terkiat the utilization of internet by students in the completion of tasks in PPKn Subjects in class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. Utilization of internet by the students of Class XI in the completion of the task subjects PPKn also encountered obstacles. The constraints experienced by among others the low ability students in operating computer network, the internet at school are limited, the emergence of an indication of copy and paste, and a video that can not be downloaded, and students who do not have a personal email. Solutions in addressing such matters is to maximize computer subjects to give knowledge to students. PPKn teacher should also firmly in providing sanctions for students working on assignments with copy paste
