Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Parenting is the way parents do in encouraging children to achieve their desired goals. Applying proper parenting pattern is expected to form a child with a good person, full of enthusiasm in learning and also children's learning achievement continues to increase along with the growth and development experienced by children. Parenting is very influential on the development of gross and fine motor, language development and social ability of children. Research Objectives: To know the existence of relationship pattern of care woman to career growth of motor of child. Research Methods: The type of research in this study is the observation by cross sectional method. Sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sampling technique. The number of samples is 23 respondents. Result of research: Based on the results of statistical calculation of Fcount> Ftable (3.987 < 4.01) in other words, there is no relationship between the pattern of foster careers to the growth of children's motoric Purbayan Village. In addition, it can be seen significantly 0.043 <0.05 or can be said of significant regression.. Conclusion: It is known that p-value of career woman care pattern variable is 0,043 meaning <a = 0,05 whereas value of F test result is obtained Fcount > Ftable (3,987 <4,01), Ho indicates that career woman care pattern is not related to growth motoric children Purbayan Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo District.
