Abstract

Creativity is the ability of students to create new things of learning in the study, while motivation is the force that will drive the physical and spiritual person to do something in order to achieve the desired goal. This study aimed to determine: (1) The role of creativity and motivation to learn together on learning achievement on students of MIN Susukan Semarang, (2) the role of creativity in learning achievement on students of MIN Susukan Semarang, and (3). The role of motivation on learning achievement on students of MIN Susukan Semarang. This research is quantitative. The methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation of learning achievement. The tool of data collection includes questionnaire learning creative, questionnaire learning motivation, and the scores of leger students. Techniques of data analysis in this study tests the hypothesis tested by multiple linear regression. The results are as follows: (1) There is the role of learning creativity and learning motivation are significant together toward the achievement of learners MIN Susukan Semarang, indicated by the value of F count (1611.165) > F table (3.94); (2) There is a significant role of creative learning on learning achievement of students MIN Susukan Semarang, indicated by the t value (2.570) > t table (1.983), and (3). There is a significant role of motivation on learning achievement of students MIN Susukan Semarang, indicated by the t value (8.929) > t table (1.983). This study is expected to be useful as an alternative in an effort to improve student achievement through increased creativity and students' motivation to learn, especially for students at the elementary school.
