Abstract

This study aims is to know marketing communications which is a form of communication program conducted persuasive to prospective customers who made sustainable in order to be able to influence consumers Subjects in this research is the leader of Elfa's Music School Surakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, which will be done is the researcher did not perform hypothesis testing and only explain the phenomenon through data collection that prioritizes quality not from quantity. The reason researchers use qualitative research is to know how marketing communications conducted by Elfa's Music School Surakarta Year 2017. Research results that marketing communication strategy conducted by elfa's music school is through the promotion of event socialization, public relations activities, radio or television, print media and online through multiple social media. Communication strategy has been done in accordance with good planning and always do a good evaluation. Marketing communication undertaken is an attempt to deliver the message is able to understand the target audience or communication target. Activities undertaken are expected to generate a positive image and always embedded in the mind so as to cause satisfaction of the results obtained.
