Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the factor of truant student’s behavior in Bina Wiyata Vocational School and Interpersonal communication’s teacher to the student in preventing truant behavior in Bina Wiyata Vocational Sragen School Year 2017/2018. Type of this research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. Data collection teqnique is purposive sampling by asking guidance counseling teacher as informan and students in Bina Wiyata Vocational School in Bina Wiyata Vocational School Sragen are family factor and individual factor. Interpersonal communication ephasize on healing effort of truant’s student teqnique service in guidance counseling. Firstly, by knowing the cause why the student truant?, next step by approaching the truant’s students and they receive and follow the instructions fron the councellor. If there is an introvert student , the student does not want to tell his problem why does he truant, so the counsellor using another way by asking his close friend. When the information is gotten, the counselor takes preventive action and problem solving, transparation in judgement his students.
