Abstract
Chats are starting to come into play in today's teenagers era, where the feature to communicate becomes very important in an online game. But not infrequently, this communication application is often used to mutually bully player one with other players either between friends of a team or with enemies or often called bullying chatting. The habit of bullying chat done by online game players will be carried away in their daily life without exception with their friends. Bullying chatting is done will make interpersonal communication player also carried in communication with his friends. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and selecting research resource is a teenager who used to do chatting bullying when playing online games in Purwodadi. Informant determination technique with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method in this research use interactive analysis that is by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of this study are known Interpersonal communication of children bullying chatting players when playing online games do not meet the elements of interpersonal communication such as self concept, listening ability, the ability to express themselves, emotions and open themselves.
