Abstract

The aims of study to analyse effect level of SIZE, Leverage (DER), likuidity (CAR), and Activity (TATO) to Performance profit (ROA) at Real Estate and Property Go Public in Indonesian Stock Exchanges (ISE) Listed. Population of study used company in Indonesian Stock Exchanges list at 2013-2015. This study used 40 sample in the company Real Estate and Property with Purposive Sampling. Analyse data used cross section model. The reseacrh used secondary data with Annual Report ratios with 120 observation. The result of study SIZE positive effect and no significant to ROA. DER had a positive effect and significant to ROA. CAR had a positive effect and significant to ROA. TATO had a negative effect and significant. Simultaniously SICE, DER, CAR, and TATO had significant effect to ROA in the company Real Estae and Property go public in Indonesian Stock Exchanges (ISE) list period 2013-2015.
