Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation variable on employee performance. To analyze the influence of work discipline variable affect to employee performance. The population in this study are all employees of PT. SmART THR Sriwedari while the sample used in this study amounted to 44 employees. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation variable on employee performance. To analyze the influence of work discipline variable affect to employee performance. The population in this study are all employees of PT. SmART THR Sriwedari while the sample used in this study amounted to 44 employees. Based on the results of research, motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Job discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Variables of motivation and work discipline together on employee performance, so that the model in research can be used is fit. The calculation result for R2 value obtained in multiple regression analysis obtained coefficient of determination with adjusted-R2 of 0.912. This means that 91.2% variation of employee performance variables can be explained by motivation and discipline variables while the rest is 8.8% explained by other factors outside the model under study.
