Abstract
The population of the data is one of the important data for goverment agency especially for district of village. The data must be a good managing and save the data, its for if some urgent situation and need the data. Often we found unwanted disaster even causing the victim pass away. If the victim did not bring the identity it caused difficulties to found the information about the victim and it caused many agencies are involved in finding the victim. In this moderen era technology are help anyone who need especially in this case fingerprint is become the best solution. The existence of mechine technology data of fingerprint can be recordered accurately because of presence of someone fingerprint who added it. Based on that problem, the aim from this aplication is to facilitate in verivication of unidentified disaster victim. Fingerprint created as benchmark as searching for identity data of victim. This aplication developed by waterfall method, that stages start from the analysis of requirement, system design, implementation and testing. This aplication developed by programing language PHP and MySQL as database. After tested the progress aplication the result of the test done by the black box certify the aplication is runing as expected. Whereas, the result of tested by questionare method found the percentage 79,89% certify the verivication of the data of the victim of the unknown disaster.
