Abstract
Performance Prism is a performance measurement method describes the performance of the organization as a 3-dimensional build that has 5 side areas, namely stakeholder satisfaction, strategy, process, capability, and stakeholder contributions. The objectives to be achieved in the research are: (1) To know the corporate social responsibility (CSR) program on the welfare of the community, (2) to know the influence of corporate social responsibility towards the corporate responsibility value to the community around the factory area; and (3) corporate social responsibility (CSR) to its targeted citizens. Method of data collection with observation, wawacara, dikumentasi and kuesioner. Analysis of performance measurement design results based on Performance prism in its five perspectives whose strategic measures are then measured by Analitytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that the CSR performance indicator on jatropha curcas obtained value 6 which means that the level of achievement of new CSR 60% which means the score is not ideal. In the field of waste waste processing got a score of 9 which means it has reached the figure of 90% so it can be said the company has been well manage waste both industrial waste and public waste. In the integrated livestock sector got score 7 so that the company is quite good. In the community training sector the score of 9 means that the company has well provided training to the community. The house is unfit for habitation with a score of 9 which means that the company has been good at improving the proper home improvement to the surrounding community. Microfinance 8 which means that the company has been trying to provide financing to the community well enough and art and cultural houses got a score of 6 that in general society and companies have not fully pay attention to the arts and culture.
