Abstract
Look at the life of the modern world of education needs to perform various steps to anticipate the decline of education due to the negative effect that is received from modern life that is now taking place. This downturn many leads one to the subject of education itself by human or in the language called the education of educators. Educators became the central point because they constitute the humans is a transferor, mentors and teachers a variety of science for the successor to future generations that make this life the better. Studying about the professionalism of educators including the important part in the world of education, aspects of professional educators will be understood. This is so that the development of education to be able to respond to all the challenges that exist. Internal challenges is incompetent and not a maximum role in educating educators because less understand aspects of professional educators and also external challenges, namely the powerful influence of the modern cultures are negative which makes focus development of educational objectives are not achieved. The State must be able to be a concern in the world of education, if men are either educators or learners cannot anticipate these things then the educational objectives will be impossible to be implemented to its full potential. Formulation of the Problem of the study i.e. 1) how professionalism of educators in the thought of ' Abd NashihUlwan and Ibn Jamaa'ah? 2) what a difference the concept of professionalism of educators in the thought of ' Abd NashihUlwan and Ibn Jamaa'ah? 3) How the implications of the concept of professionalism of educators ' Abdullah Ibn NashihUlwan and the Jama'ah in Islamic education. This research aims to know the difference in concepts and implications for professional educators, according to Abdullah Ibn NashihUlwan and the Jama'ah. The researchers chose the two figures above because, according to the researchers these figures thinking about professional educators can we make referrals. This kind of research including research library research or research libraries. The data collected in the analysis by means of comparing between the two researchers using methods, descriptive comparisons, hermeneutik-critical and holistic. The research results obtained are methods/concepts of professional educators that is appropriate according to the Islamic view of both figures (Abd NashihUlwan and Ibn Jama'ah) and its implications in the world of Islamic education into the future.
