Abstract

Environmental problems are increasingly multiplied and varied, it is necessary to have a management for the environment that has decreased the quality is not getting worse but there is a better recovery. Health promotion through the school community is an effective way of developing healthy living behaviors. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge with the attitude of PHBS students in Adiwiyata SMPN 9 Surakarta. The research design used was cross sectional study. The population in this study as many as 288 students class VII with sampling technique used is accidental sampling. influence analysis was done by chi square test statistic with significance 0,05. The result of bivariate analysis stated that there is an influence between the knowledge of Environmental Awareness Policy and the attitude of PHBS students in Adiwiyata School SMPN 9 Surakarta (p = 0,049).
