Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the involvement of users in the development of accounting information systems affect the performance of management information systems at the Hospital in Wonogiri District. To know the training and education program of user of accounting information system have an effect on to management information system performance at Hospital in Wonogiri District. To know the ability of users of accounting information systems affect the performance of management information systems at the Hospital in Wonogiri District. To know top management support accounting information system have an effect on management information system performance at Hospital in Wonogiri Regency. To know the formalization of accounting information system development has an effect on the performance of management information system at Hospital in Wonogiri district. Population in this research is all employees of Hospital in Wonogiri Regency using Accounting Information System and sample of this research is Hospital employee in Wonogiri Regency using Accounting Information System counted 35 respondents. Based on the research results known User involvement has a significant influence on the performance of accounting system. Training and education have no significant effect on the performance of the accounting system. The ability of users to have a significant effect on the performance of the accounting system. Top management support has a significant influence on the performance of accounting systems Formalization of development has a significant effect on the performance of accounting systems.
