Abstract

The title of the research is “Leasing agreement of Farmland Based on Tradition Law in Mudal village at Boyolali Regency”. In this contract is made orally under the hand or unwritten. The existing problem is the issue of payment time of rent that is not on time corresponding with deal in a contract and also the issue of extension in lease period by the part of leasing before the first lease period has done and habitually ask for increasing price of rent incriminating farmer. The problem of statement in this research is to know the implementation of leasing agreement of farmland based on tradition law in Mudal village at Boyolali Regency and the issue arising from the implementation of agreement. The types of data are used involve primary data and secondary data, the method of research is used empirical approach and the type of research is used descriptive qualitative, the method of analyzing data is used literature study. The methods of collecting data are field study, and interview.
