Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee performance in Puskesmas Gemuh I Kendal District. The sample used is all active employee of Puskesmas Gemuh I currently by distributing questioner as much 40, and returning 30 questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that leadership, and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. As for the work environment does not significantly affect employee performance. Test the validity of the instrument by comparing the value of r arithmetic with r table. While the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. The results of the study found that: (1) Leadership positively and significantly influence on employee performance at Puskesmas Gemuh I was proved with tcount of 5,533 and significant value 0.000 <0.05. (2) Work Environment have positive but not significant effect on employee performance of Puskesmas Gemuh I proved by tcount equal to 1,938 and significant value 0.064> 0.05. (3) Compensation have negatifly and significantly effect on employee performance proved by tcount of -2.138 and significant value 0.042 <0.05. From this research also obtained value of Adjusted R Square equal to 0,741, it means that 74,1% employee performance variable can be explained by independent variable, that is leadership, work environment, and compensation, while the rest equal to 25,9% explained by variables Other than this research.
