Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the compensation work environment and work stress on employee performance of PT. Cahaya Kharisma Plasindo. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, data analysis techniques using test instruments, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and R2. Sanpel taken in this study amounted to 90 employees. The results showed partial variable compensation do not significantly affect the employee's performance, as indicated by the significant value of 0.776> 0.05. Work environment variables significant positive effect on employee performance, as indicated by the significant value of 0.000 <0.05, and work stress variables did not significantly influence employee performance, evidenced by the significant value of 0.065> 0.05. Simultaneously variable compensation, work environment and stress influential work together on employee performance. The most dominant variable to employee performance is the work environment.
