Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of work motivation on performance of employees Matmoen Travern in Boyolali. This research is a research survey with questionnaire as instrument. The population used in this research is the Matmoen Travern employees in Boyolali. The sample used is the Matmoen Travern employees in Boyolali, and takes as many as 30 respondents using a sample random sampling method is the sampling of members. The population was done randomly without regant to existing strata in that population. Methods of analisys used in ths study is the analisys of multple linier regression test, test validity, reability, and hypothesis testing. The result of this research show that simultaneously variable incentive, recognation, responsibility, work environment and relationship show significant result. this is Evidenced by the value of the smaller F-test of the significant value of 0,05% or 5%. While partially variable responsibility, incentives and personal relationships in a positive and sinificant effect on performnce of employees. While the variable recognition and work environment has no effect on performance of employees. Companies should consider variable responsibility, incentives and personal relationships it affect the performance of the employees.
