Abstract

Gethuk lawu is one of the souvenirs coming from karanganyar district. Gethuk lawu is regional food made from cassava. The existence of gethuk business from year to year is less important development. The purpose of this research is the effort of developing micro, small and big business in developing the business strategy. The methods used to develop a new business strategy are the Canvas Model Business and SWOT Analysis. The result of this research shows the business position in cartesian quadrant III diagram with IFAS value -0,76 and EFAS value 0,80 with result of strategy of turnaround strategy. So in the barriers of business models canvas industry gethuk lawu apply WO Strategy.
