Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to analyze the Effect of Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS), Inflation and Exchange Rate Bank Syariah Financing in Indonesia. The analysis method used in this research is Error Correction Model (ECM). Dependent variable is Islamic bank financing, while the independent variable is SBIS bonus rate, inflation rate, and kurs. this shows in the short run the three independent variables have no significant influence while in long term have significant influence. This result shows that the higher level of SBIS, inflation, and exchange rate, the syariah bank will have a tendency to reduce the distribution of financing.
