Abstract

This research aim to analyses influence of and emotional intelligence andbehavioral learn also emotional intelligence and behavioral learn with confidence as moderate to the understanding level of accountancy. This research use descriptive quantitative research type with convenience sampling method. The population and sample which used in this research is Student of accountancy majors of S1 program in Economics and Business Faculty of Muhammadiyah Surakarta University 2012-2014 generation amounting to 87 respondents. The data analyses method used is multiple linear regression analyses and moderate regression analyses (MRA). The result of from this research indicate that,emotional intelligence have an effect on to the understanding level of accountancy, behavioral learndon’t have an effect on to the understanding level of accountancy,emotional intelligence have an effect on to the understanding level of accountancywith confidence as moderate variable, behavioral learn don’t have an effect on to the understanding level of accountancywith confidence as moderate variable.
