Abstract

Women and business are different in nature, in which women with feminist traits can do work in business that is considered to be the male world. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy with entrepreneurship intent on mompreneur and to know contribution between Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy with entrepreneurship intention at mompreneur. This research uses quantitative approach. Subject of research 50 mompreneurs living in Surakarta region. Data collection using entrepreneurship intention scale, Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis. Based on the calculation of the analysis obtained correlation coefficient value R = 0,549, Fregresi = 10,13; p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). These results show that there is a very significant relationship between Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy with the intensity of entrepreneurship. Total effective contribution of Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy with the intensity of entrepreneurship 30%. The conclusion of the study stated that there is a very significant relationship between Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy with entrepreneurship intention and there are 70% other factors that influence the intensity of entrepreneurship besides Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy.
