Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the implementation of employment agreements between employees with Mommilk Surakarta and termination of employment between employees and companies. This research will be conducted in Mommilk Surakarta, with the method used in this research with qualitative analysis method. The result of data analysis found that Mommilk Surakarta in applying the system of certain time work agreement is used the term "contract worker". Law Number 13 Year 2003. Implementation of Termination of Employment Between Employees of Mommilk Surakarta using according to Law no. 13 Respect for employment, the company may laid off in the following circumstances: Resignation on a voluntary basis, written resignation in writing due to termination of employment, resignation due to retirement age, Workers Make mistakes, the employee is detained by the authorities, the Company suffers losses, the Employee is lost to follow-up, the Worker dies, the Worker commits an offense and changes the status, merger, or change of ownership and determination period not later than 14 days before the start date of the withdrawal (The last date of work), the employer must provide an answer to the resignation request. And in the case of an employer not providing an answer within 14 days, the employer is deemed to have approved such resignation (Article 26 paragraph 3 and 4) Kepmenakertrans 78/2001).
