Abstract
Pekalongan City in fact also have a lot of potency wisata also which can draw the tourist to come. So that all potency earn the terekplore in city branding of Bat Town exploit the social media instagram to support the city branding. This research aim to to know how city branding of Pekalongan City use the social media instagram. Research Method utilized by qualitative with the nature of this research is descriptive which its meaning discription of situation and event. By doing circumstantial interview with the informant concerning city branding of Pekalongan City with the social media instagram. Analyse the data with the analysis interactif where data is previously by a data validity with the method triangulation. Result of got by research city branding by using social media this instagram by using attribute criterion, order the, diferensiasi and ambasador of through appearance form photograph and video. Where city branding with the social media Insta Pekalongan able to draw the follower to see may even exist desire come and live in the Pekalongan City.
