Abstract

Islamic education shapes man by internalizing values-both physical and material. The success of education is to build good leadership in applying the norms in the community environment. Shaping the leadership that Allah blessed is 2 done in the way that is being done by Ahmad DahlanRanuwihardjo. He has high attention and commitment in developing leadership qualities through education. The goal of Islamic education requires every human being to develop intellect, science and reason. Thus the effort is not independent of the purpose of education is the management of potential learners in giving birth to good leadership. The process of Islamic development and progress of the nation of Indonesia. Thus, the purpose of this study is to find out what the concept of leadership Ahmad DahlanRanuwihardjo to be able to be applied as a solution to the world of education is full of leadership problems that are imbalanced values and morals. This research is a qualitative research which is a research of library research, that means all data obtained refers to written data sources, in the form of books, manuscripts, articles and documents relevant to the research. The research was done by philosophical-historical approach using the approach of educational philosophy theory. Furthermore, the analysis method is done by qualitative analysis method approach that is specifically looking for correlation and relevance, to bring up the conclusion that match with the intended purpose. This study shows the concept of leadership Ahmad DahlanRanuwihardjo and its implications for Islamic education is more emphazise on efforts to strengthen themselves in the formation of leadership that includes reason, mind and ideals.
