Ira Usmawati. Q100150026. Contribution of work motivation, independence attitude, and family environment to entrepreneurship skill. Thesis. Surakarta Muhammadiyah University Graduate Program. 2017. The purpose of this study examines the contribution of work motivation, independence attitude, and family environment to entrepreneurship skills in Accounting Education students of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta both simultaneously and partially. This type of research is quantitative with causal correlation research design. The total population is 237 students, while the sample of 142 students is proved by Proportional Random Sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The result of the research (1) there is simultaneous contribution of work motivation, independence attitude, and family environment to entrepreneurship skill at Accounting University student of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with significance α = 0,000 < 0,05 contributing 40,2%, (2) contribution the partial motivation to work on entrepreneurship skills at Accounting University student of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with the significance of α = 0.001 < 0.05 contributed 12.08%, (3) there is a partial contribution to the attitude of independence of entrepreneurship skills at Accounting University student of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with the significance α = 0.002 < 0.05 contributed 12, 32%, (4) there is partial contribution of family environment to entrepreneurship skill at Accounting University student of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with significance α = 0,001 < 0,05 giving contribution equal to 15,74%.
