Abstract
This study aimed to analyzed the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), interest rate, foreign exchange rate, money supply, risk level of musyarakah financing, level of mudharabah financing risk to profitability of sharia bank in Indonesia in period 2011-2015. This type of research is correlational studies. The sample in this research is 8 samples of Sharia Public Bank using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection through documentation. This study uses linear regression analysis. The results showed that Simultaneously CAR, interest rate, exchange rate, money supply, musharaka financing risk, and mudharabah financing risk level have a significant and positive effect on sharia bank profitability. Partially, the CAR and Mudharabah Financing Risks have a significant and positive impact on the profitability of sharia banks, while interest rates, foreign exchange rates, money supply, and the level of musyarakah financing risks have no effect on sharia profitability.
